Beautiful weather! This is a small portion of the Texas Scottish Festival and Highland Games site, as seen from our booth. We had about 60,000 visitors this year and a grand time was had by all, with lots of amazing music from many great bands, including Captain Jake's favorite band, BROTHER, as evidenced by the many BROTHER pictures below.
An extremely nifty didj with artwork inspired by African Masks. Our work often combines many of the world's cultures.

One World - One Didj.
AfroDidj!
A closer look at some of the very fine detail work on this didjeridu. Many hours are put into the painting of each instrument. Mind-boggling detail!
Purty... This was the first didj to find a home this weekend. Many bright happy colors in this didj which worked really well with it's bright enthusiastic sound.
A lovely couple that got one of our favorite didjes with bright metallic silver scrollwork. Nice peeps!
Look out ladies! Alright ladies in the DFW metroplex. Keep an eye for this lad. He can be found all around the area with his landscaping business with his twin brother. Just look at that smile, y'know he's nothing but trouble. :) And now he has another fave, The Wiggly Lizards didj by Gitana and background by Captain Jake.
The Amazing Josh King returns once again and wows the crowd with his excellent didjing and great breath control. JOSH ROCKS!
Kate This is the lovely and quite dangerous wife of William, Kate. She's a very patient woman who allows her husband to play guitar with Jake.
The slightly shady William, husband of the aforementioned dangerous and lovely Kate. William!
Next stop, BROADWAY! And here William and Jake jam the day away in the cool summer breeze at Scottish Fest. Accoustic guitar and didjeridu sound great together. Any time you find us jamming at a show, please feel free to stop and gawk.
Back, L to R: The Captain, Steve-o, Lexie (aka Spirit Dancing, Alexianne), sweaty Hash, a Sally (aka Rtist Sally or Black Watch Woman), Gus and Jani (aka The Mom).

Front, L to R: Denine (aka Beauty Queen Denine or non-Celtic Denine) and Kate (aka Celtic Kate or Celtic Kate 78).
Party time!
Strummin... Hamish from BROTHER on the accoustic 6-string. Next to Hash is his road-didj, which he made himself. It produces a much simpler tone than one of our complex instruments, but has the advantage of being collapsible and tunable on stage. He keeps ours at the Studio for recording as they have a wider frequency spread producing a fuller, richer sound, and only needs to carry one on the road.
OW!
The Mad HashMan blowing the crowd away with his incredible didj-magic....
Working! We performed an emergency Friday-night repair on Hamish's didj, which needed a little touch-up for the mouth-piece, due to high tempatures in Arizona, so we redid his mouthpiece using our special high-temp wax and molding process..
Hamish showing off his other set of pipes.... YAH!
Smile! Ok, I know I'm pandering, but here's Hamish's knees. *sigh* The depths I'll sink to to appease fans...
Eeeeerrie... This is Steve. Steve is BrOtHeR's new guitarist, audible on the newest BrOthEr CD, "Your Backyard".
Steve is an absolutely AMAZING guitarist! He had three guitars simply burst into flames while he was playing that weekend. Astounding.... LuxoMatic!
Eeeeerrie... Steve being slightly surprised.
He also showed some unexpected talent on the tasty conga. LuxoMatic!
The Amazing Gus doing the bass-thang... Angus!
One of Angus and his knees... Angus!
Nice didj! This is a photograph sent to us by Sally of Hamish playing one of our special edition BROTHER didjeridus at a concert somewhere way up north.
Ok, so tell me, are these young ladies at a tent revival meeting? What could hold them so rapt, so engaged, so mEzMeRiZed? Yep, it's BROTHER on stage that does this to women....
Such nice boys... The boys were kind enough to drop by our place at The ScottishFest. Note Hash's nifty disguise.... And I decided that if Hash was going to hold my Gitana like that, well hey, I'm gonna hold his brother Gus like that too!
Ffej being mercilessly attacked by the extremely threatening Alexianne and Sally. Poor guy!
It's Ffej! This is Ffej and Captain Jake. Ffej is one of the most important members of the Brother organization. He appears to be the sound guy that travels with the boys, but many suspect he may well be the actual power behind the band. And somebody mentioned something about a grassy knoll but we can't remember the rest of that conversation...
Jake being mercilessly attacked. Jake hates this kind of thing. In fact, these young ladies were given exactly ONE HOUR to stop this kind of disgraceful behavior...Jake is strict, but fair.
Jake holding in his own wee paws the stage didjeridu belonging to Hamish of BROTHER.
And here is the vertically-exaggerated E. Scotsman proudly displaying the HashDidj. He's BIG!
Thirsty... Well, y'see, we didn't get out of the booth much, and there was this sign.....
The Gorgeous Gitana displaying some of the fine workmanship at the next booth while the owners are away.
He's SO special! We were quite surprised that they had labeled a certain portion of the stadium for the use of Captain Jake's Big Assistant, E. Scotsman.
